Acceglio is a cheese produced with skimmed milk in the Italian region of Piedmont.
It is unseasoned and must be consumed fresh...
It has a circular shape with a height of a few centimeters and a diameter of 10 cm.
Weighing 0.15 kg, there is no crust and the paste is white pearl.
Produced only in the summer to Acceglio (CN).
Cheese that is almost extinct.....
